The hotel and cottages are exclusively for couples and families.

No pets allowed.

Respect for the calm and tranquility of residents and neighbors is imperative.

The organization of student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc., is prohibited.

What are the internal regulations of Spa Naturessence?

To fully enjoy the wellness equipment, please follow these guidelines.

Before entering the area:

Open the pool cover (key box at the spa entrance - "open")
Remove your shoes and walk only with clean bare feet or with sandals provided for this purpose
Set aside keys, mobile phones, etc.
Wear a clean swimsuit specifically intended for water use
Take a shower
Cover the sauna bench

Prohibited:

Children under 14 years old without parental supervision
Animals
Persons under the influence of alcohol or with contagious diseases
Bringing food, beverages (except water)
Smoking
Playing music
Diving
Entering with games such as balls, water guns, etc.

Respect & tranquility:

It is essential to respect the tranquility of the place and other residents
This space is shared by all guests, please enjoy it for a reasonable time

Before leaving:

Remember to save energy
Turn off the sauna/jacuzzi
Cover the jacuzzi to maintain its temperature
Close the pool cover (key box at the spa exit - "close")

What is the minimum age to access the estate?

The minimum age to access the wellness area is 14 years old. Children under 14 years old can only access the wellness area and outdoor pools if accompanied by an adult (18+).

For hotel stays, the minimum age is 18 years old.

There is no minimum age requirement for the restaurant.

In case of uncertainty, the reception staff may request identification.

What type of swimsuit is allowed?

Only swimsuits made of elastane are allowed. Loose-fitting swimsuits (for example, beach shorts) are not permitted.

Why? Elastane swimsuits retain less sweat and residue. After showering, you can enjoy your stay worry-free, and the water and sauna quality will remain optimal.

Can I bring my mobile phone, tablet, portable speaker, or smartwatch to the Naturessence Spa?

The use of a mobile phone or tablet is only permitted outside the Naturessence Spa. In other areas of the Domaine, it is allowed to bring a mobile phone, smartwatch, or any other electronic device but in 'silent' mode to respect the tranquility of the place and its residents. Portable speakers are not permitted in any area of the Domaine as they disturb the peace of the place.

Is my pet allowed?

No, we love animals but they are not allowed inside the building.

How to sort our waste?

Please sort your waste (plastics, metals, and mixed) and deposit them in the containers provided for this purpose in the restaurant parking lot.

How can we preserve the planet?

"Together, let's preserve the planet.

The energy we have is not unlimited; help us preserve it. Let's not leave our electronic devices charging all year round, let's take care with water, and let's avoid opening windows when heating is on.

Is the establishment non-smoking?

The establishment is non-smoking. Please smoke outside to avoid triggering the alarm.

Ashtrays are provided outside for this purpose.
