We invite you to park your vehicle in front of the castle-farm; our parking lot is located along the road.

Your accommodation is available from 4:00 PM.

To open the door, hold the badge in front of the keypad for a few seconds.

This badge will also allow you to open the glass door of the reception area outside of its opening hours.

The accomodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Check out is at 12:30 PM if you have a package or opted for a "late check out."

Guests via Ardennes-Etape & Belvilla have a check out time of 8:00 PM.

To return your key at check-out, please follow these simple steps:

Go to the reception.
Approach the SmartBox Keycafe and touch the screen to start.
Select your preferred language from the available options.
Press the "Key Drop" option to begin the process.
Enter the 4-digit access code you received by email during your self-check-in procedure (same code as at arrival).
Place your key in the designated locker and close it carefully for security reasons.

The hold on your credit card will be released after our housekeeping service has checked your room.

Your reservation also grants you access to the following outdoor common areas:

Our eco-lodge area with its natural, unheated swimming pond;
Terraces and a stretch tent during summer;
The heated outdoor pool (accessible from May 1st to September 30th);
A petanque court;
The poolhouse with relaxation space;
A panoramic sauna featuring a Himalayan salt wall located behind the poolhouse;
An outdoor heated hot tub at 31°C located behind the poolhouse (accessible from May 1st to September 30th).

All these outdoor common areas are situated at the rear of the estate. You can access them by passing through the reception and using the automatic glass door leading to the garden.

Spa Naturessence: Your reservation grants you access to Spa Naturessence, located opposite the reception desk.

Open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, you can access it using your badge and it includes the following facilities:

Jacuzzi
Sauna
Heated pool
Showers
Changing area

All accommodations have access to Spa Naturessence except for the Tower cottage and the Barn cottage.

As these spaces are shared by all guests of the estate, and to ensure everyone can enjoy them, we kindly ask you to use them for a reasonable amount of time and respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, these areas are the perfect place to take a peaceful break, accessible via the elevator (1st floor).

Reservations for all our accommodations are non-refundable.

If you cancel or modify your reservation, or if you do not show up, fees equivalent to the total amount of the reservation will apply.

Please note that the total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

Medical certificates and unforeseen circumstances are not taken into account for a cancellation.

If you have not checked in by 8 PM (without prior notice from you), the room may be rebooked.

When you book a hotel room, we ask you to pay for the room in advance.

We do not accept reservations by phone.

A reservation becomes final once it has been paid.

Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.

This accommodation is exclusively intended to host family groups; it is essential to respect the tranquility of the place and other occupants. Our goal is to create a bubble of serenity to provide you with a true experience of tranquility and peace, away from daily stresses. The organization of student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc., is prohibited.

Yes, you can store your bicycle in the courtyard. Please use your lock on the stone wall surrounding the courtyard. Storing bicycles inside your accommodation is not allowed.

Each room is equipped with Anne Semonin "Mémoire d'été" shampoo and body soap, infused with lemon, grapefruit, and mint zest.

The rooms are not air-conditioned. However, they are equipped with a double-flux mechanical ventilation system that ensures good air circulation and thermal exchange.
